This is our terms and conditions page. It's been created to draw a line in the sand so that you as a customer, and us as the business know where we stand.
 
We offer an online flower delivery service that delivers to Canberra from every Monday to Saturday every week of the year. We only deliver on one Sunday of the year and that is Mother's Day.
 
Daily Flower Delivery
 
We have a standard delivery fee of $12, this will allow us to deliver flowers to the CBD and all the other suburbs in Canberra. If an additional delivery fee is required we will call you personally to discuss the extra charge however it's very unlikely that this will occur. The only time when this may occur is if we have tried to deliver flowers to one of your friends or loved ones and for some reason we were unable to deliver the flowers - perhaps due to an incorrect delivery address and we need to bring in the flowers back to the store. If this occurs it's likely we will need to charge you an additional $12 to cover the second delivery.
 
We never ever guarantee delivery times. Any flowers that are ordered for same day delivery going to a home address may be beliverance from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. the day of delivery. If the flowers are going to either a school or a business the flowers will be delivered before 5 p.m., generally however flowers will be delivered as soon as possible on the designated delivery day.
 
If there is nobody home when the flowers are delivered, that is a home address, we will leave the flowers in the best and safest possible position. This may be somewhere as close as possible to the front door so that the recipient will see them when they arrive home and so that they are safe from prying eyes. If we can't find a suitable and safe place to leave the flowers we will return the flowers to the store and organise a ne delivery time with you.
 
If the flowers are going to an apartment building or block and the recipient is not home we have no choice but to bring the flowers back to the shop. However, before doing so we will call the recipient to try and organise a place to meet before bringing them back to the shop.
 
PO Boxes
 
We know this sounds odd but from time to time we get online orders to a PO Box. If we happen to get a flower for a PO Box we will not be able to deliver the flowers. In this case, we will contact you to either organise a new delivery address or to refund you the for the full amount of the flowers.
 
Over 18?
 
To order flowers with us you  must be at least 18 years old or be ordering flowers in the company of an adult. However, when the flowers arrived the adult must sign for the flowers. No person under 18 years old may order flowers with alcohol. If flowers are ordered with alcohol as a gift, our courier driver will ask for ID for the person who is receiving the gift, they must be willing to provide that for us otherwise we cannot deliver the gift.
 
Order Details
 
When ordering flowers from our website you must provide us with all the correct details of the recipient which includes the first and surname, their address, and their mobile phone number. We need their mobile phone number just in case we are unable to enter the building or home and we need to call them to organise to meet them or to reschedule another delivery. Generally, we do not call recipient and spoil the surprise but we need that phone number just in case.
 
You Must Confirm Your Order
 
When you have finished buying flowers online you will receive an email approximately 15 minutes after your purchase. In the email, you will be given details about your order, please check all the information is correct. If you find any anomalies please call us within 1 hour of receiving the confirmation email so that we can fix it for you. If you fail to call within that time frame, the flowers may already be out without courier driver and it will be too late.
 
Website Payments
 
Our website is enabled to receive secure payments. You can pay online using your credit card or via PayPal. If you choose to pay via credit card on our website you can use either an American Express card, a Visa card, or a MasterCard.
 
If you choose to pay via PayPal you can either use your PayPal account or, if you do not have a PayPal account, you can now pay with PayPal without having an account. PayPal was one of the most secure ways to pay for anything online. we do charge small fees for paying online, you will see our fees on the bottom of the checkout page.
 
Complaints
 
If you feel that the flowers you have ordered either are not up to the value thought they were going to be, or there was is an issue with flower quality, you must send us a picture of the flowers, from either side, and send that to us within 24 hours of the flowers arriving. Once we have received the photo we must be allowed at least 48 hours to investigate what happened. At that point we will contact you to discuss the issue and work towards a resolution that we are both happy with.
 
If for some reason the flowers you order are not delivered please contact us as soon as possible to let us know and we will do our best to organise a new delivery for you.
